SHOULD BANKSY BE LISTED?


New research from Bristol University suggests that the work of enigmatic British street artist Banksy should be protected as a listed asset.


As it stands, there are currently no English Heritage guidance documents on street art or graffiti, but many have argued that Banksy's work carries a cultural significance in modern society, and should therefore be protected as such.
