LA's Museum of Contemporary Art (MoCA) recently launched an all-encompassing street art retrospective, simply entitled Art In The Streets. The exhibition tracks the history & cultural significance of graffiti and street art from the 1970s until today.
Teaming up with Nike SB - the sports brand's skateboarding division - the curators have gathered a broad and diverse selection of works from the likes of Futura, Banksy, Fab 5 Freddy, Swoon, Shepard Fairley & many more.
The show is at MoCA until August 8th, then moves to NY's Brooklyn Museum on March 30th 2012. Click here for more info. Definitely one not to miss.
