Hundreds of British arts organisations have had their public funding slashed (or eliminated) today, as a result of our government's spending cuts aimed at tackling the country's deficit. Arts Council England (ACE) basically have to cut 15 % from the amount they usually give out to art, music, theatre, dance & literature groups by 2015.
