Proud galleries (Chalk Farm road, NW1) is celebrating 30 years of iconic metal band Metallica with an exhibit of early photographs by Bill Hale. Hale's impressive archive captures the band's formative years (82 to 84), on the cusp of being propelled into superstardom, and at the head of a musical & cultural scene known for its raw intensity.
